CREATOR RIGHTS

• Retains full intellectual property rights of any artwork or logo they have created during the collaboration.

• Has the right to withdraw any design or terminate the collaboration at the end of the agreement period.

• Will receive monthly updates from the sales department regarding the performance of their design(s).

• Will receive monetary compensation monthly, no later than the 5th of each month.

• Will be compensated via bank transfer if the amount exceeds €500.

MONTAY APPAREL RIGHTS

• Reserves the right to reprint the creator’s design upon agreement if stock runs out and within the contract timeframe.

• The duration of the collaboration agreement is set to one (1) year.

• May adjust the production pricing of garments based on international market trends.

• Has the right to distribute the produced items to physical retail stores for promotional and sales growth purposes.

• May promote the design through official social media channels of Kyvos Inc. and Montay.gr for marketing purposes.

PRICING / COMMISSION MODEL

Option 1: The creator receives a one-time payment of €50–100 per design. The design becomes the full property of the company for commercial use.

Option 2: The creator licenses the design to the company and is compensated with 35% per retail order (based on an agreed price), and 20% for wholesale orders via partnered stores.
