  1. What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt, as long as the product is in perfect condition, with its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, a full replacement will be provided.

 

  1. What are the shipping options?

We offer shipping options, via ELTA courier or a partner shipping company and pickup from our store in Larissa. In the near future, you will find our Brand in several cities in physical stores. Times may vary depending on your location.

 

  1. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

For orders outside of Greece, there may be additional duties, taxes or customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs authorities for more information. Within the European Union, it is FREE of charge via DHL.

 

  1. When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. You can track your order via the tracking number we provide.

 

  1. What should I do if I never receive my order?

  1. What should I do if I have received a defective product?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 8 days of receipt, providing photos of the product, so that we can investigate the issue and offer you a solution (replacement or refund).

 

  1. How can I make changes to an order I have already received?

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order. For immediate changes prior to shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

  1. How is the product manufactured? Where do the materials come from?

Our products are manufactured with high quality materials, sourced from EU countries and we adhere to all quality and sustainability standards. All our inks and our processing have eco-ink certifications.
