Shipping costs €4 inside Greece for orders under 2 kilos plus €1,5 for every extra kilo and €12 inside Europe for orders under 2 kilos plus €2,5 for every extra kilo. We offer free shipping for orders above €55 inside Greece.

 

Return Policy

Terms and procedure of change with product or store responsibility

Our company assumes full responsibility for the possible placement of a defective product in your order and therefore proceeds to replace it if you contact us within 14 days from the date that was delivered to you, has the label of our store and in the original packaging. If the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:

1. You photograph the defective part to be clear and the sending paper from the courier. Then you send the photo with your comments to sales@montay.gr.
2. If the photo proves that the conditions mentioned above apply, we will contact you to finalize its replacement.
3. We will send you a new product without shipping costs and with a delivery time of 2-6 working days for Greece and 2-12 working days for Cyprus and Europe. Deliver the defective product to the shipping company when you are given the new package and the process is complete.

 

Terms and procedure of change without product and store responsibility

It is a process that involves changing the size, color, design or any other cause. Your request can be fulfilled if you notify us within 7 days from the date you received the package, it’s in its original condition without damage, the label with the name has not been removed and there is the original packaging. If the above conditions apply, contact us in one of the following ways by notifying us of the change request:

• By email at sales@montay.gr
• By phone on the days and hours of operation of the call center (Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm) 2nd)
• By filling in the contact form that you find in our online store

The change can be made with any other product of your choice, equal or greater value. Changes related to the design or color or any other cause of a product involve shipping costs according to our shipping value above. If the new product is of lower value the amount of the difference will be credited to your name and will be deducted from future order. If the new product is of greater value, the difference will be paid to the shipping company upon delivery of the new package. The change takes place in 2-6 working days for Greece and 7-12 working days for Cyprus and Europe. The shipping company will deliver the change package to you and will receive your original.

 

Terms and procedure of returning an item

If the product or the store is responsible for a defective item you must follow the instructions as in “Terms and procedure of change with product or store responsibility” section and we will contact you for a full refund. In this case the store is responsible for shipping cost. You will deliver it to the shipping company from which you received it and you will charge it on us.

If the product and the store are not responsible you must follow the instructions as in “Terms and procedure of change without product and store responsibility” section and we will contact you for a full refund. In this case you are responsible for the shipping cost. You can ship it with any shipping company you like. If you haven’t been charged for the shipping cost we will not receive the package and it will be sent back to you according to the shipping company rules.

 

Canceling and order

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. In case the order is shipped the rules of the section “Terms and procedure of returning an item without product and store responsibility” will be applied.

 

Discounts

If you want to return/change a product that was bought during a discount, the discounted price will be accounted and not the initial. This applies to all the regulations above.

 

Responsibility of visitors/users

The visitor/user of this website is solely responsible for its lawful use and is obliged to refrain from any illegal acts and abusive behavior, subject to rules of law or behavior contrary to good faith and good morals as well as from the adoption of illegal practices and unfair competition practices.

It is prohibited to send or transmit through the website illegal material, for example material that is untrue, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory or material that violates the rights of third parties, property or not or that incites criminal heinous acts. It is forbidden to cause harm or deception in any way regarding the origin of the content transmitted through the website. Harassment of third parties in any way is prohibited.

Also, this website is not available and therefore its visitors/users must refrain from any act of advertising or promoting products or services foreign to the website or third party websites, as well as from sending unsolicited and uninvited by the recipient of emails (spam).

Visitors/users agree that they will not endanger the security of this website and that they will not prevent any user from accessing this website. In case of technical damage to the website and its systems by the visitor/user, the latter is responsible for its full restoration as well as for compensation of the company.

In case of posting content that causes moral damage or other damage to a third party, the website site reserves the right to immediately delete this content and at the same time to terminate the operation of the account of the user/member, who violates the terms hereof, as set forth below.

Any violation of the above and the general use of the website site for illegal purposes incurs civil and criminal penalties, on which the website is reserved. Cooperation with any police or judicial authority to reveal the identity of the offender is self-evident.
